In order to deposit funds into your account, you can obtain the funds transfer instructions from the iSTOX platform and then transfer the funds from your bank to the iSTOX account.

Step 1: Click on your iSTOX Wallet Step 2: Click on ‘Deposit’ beside the Currency you wish to deposit Step 3: Record down the transfer details stated on screen Please note that Reference number is the phone number that you have registered with iSTOX You may retain a copy of these instructions in SMS or email for future reference

Step 4: Log into the bank account linked to your account Step 5: Electronically transfer the desired deposit amount to the iSTOX account stated in the instructions in Step 3

Transfers may be made on either a one-time basis or by setting iSTOX up as a payee within your bank account.

Bank deposit info for Singapore bank accounts
DBS |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via your DBS online banking web portal or your DBS digibank mobile app.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds through your online banking web portal or the DBS digibank mobile app.
- To ensure timely processing, kindly enter in the reference number provided during your deposit request when making the transfer in Step 6.

UOB |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via your UOB online banking web portal or UOB Mighty mobile app.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds via your online banking web portal or the UOB Mighty mobile app.

OCBC |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via your OCBC online banking web portal or OCBC mobile app.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds through your online banking web portal or your OCBC mobile app.

CIMB |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via your CIMB Clicks online banking web portal. Adding payees via CIMB Clicks mobile app is not supported at this time.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds from your online banking web portal or the CIMB Clicks mobile app.

HSBC |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via your HSBC online banking web portal. Adding payees via your HSBC mobile app is not supported at this time.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds from your online banking web portal or the HSBC mobile app.

Maybank |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via your Maybank online banking web portal. Adding payees via your Maybank mobile app is not supported at this time.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds via your online banking web portal or the Maybank mobile app.

Standard Chartered |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via the Standard Chartered online banking web portal.
You will need to enter iSTOX's address: 150 Beach Rd, #06-03/04 Gateway West, Singapore 189720. Adding payees via SCB mobile app is not supported at this time.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds via either online banking or the SCB app.
*You would not be able to remit/transfer funds from a Securities Settlement Account (SSA)

Citibank |
- Please add iSTOX as a payee via your Citibank mobile app. Adding payees via Citibank web banking is not supported at this time.
After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds via your online banking web portal or the Citibank mobile app.
