To cancel a deposit request:
1) Click on your iSTOX Wallet
2) Select EUR on the left-hand panel
3) Click on the ‘Requests’ tab
4) Click ‘x’ on the deposit request that you wish to cancel*
5) Click ‘Proceed’
Your deposit request status will be changed to ‘Cancelled’.
*If you do not see an option to click ‘x’ on the deposit request or if the status has been updated as “Processed”, you will no longer be able to cancel the request. Should you require further assistance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
