As part of our listing process, we ensure each issuer builds materialization provisions into their token terms and conditions that allow for the conversion of the digitised securities into scrip form in such circumstances. Based on the token’s terms and conditions, if iSTOX ever goes out of business or stops operating, you’ll get your securities issued to you in scrip form by the issuers. Such scrip securities should represent the rights and obligations between you and the issuer in place of the tokens.
